Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the platform.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BetChannel CA platform ("Platform") operated by Brickvale Media Limited ("Operator", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
"Account" means the registered account held by a customer on the Platform.
"Bet" means a stake placed on an outcome in a betting pool.
"Pool" means the total sum of all stakes placed on a specific market or outcome.
"Pool Betting" means pari-mutuel betting where all stakes are combined and returns are calculated after the pool closes.
"Platform" means the website and services accessible at lberta4.slonik.store.
"Customer" or "You" means any registered user of the Platform.
"Currency" means Canadian Dollar (CAD) where supported.

- Not be an employee, contractor or close associate of the Operator.

7. Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
8. Identity Verification
You must complete our identity verification (KYC) process before depositing or withdrawing funds. We may request proof of identity, proof of address, payment method verification and proof of source of funds at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restrictions.
9. Geographic Restrictions
The Platform is not available to customers in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where we do not hold the required authorisation. You must confirm your jurisdiction is authorised before registering. We reserve the right to close accounts and return funds if we determine a customer is in a restricted jurisdiction.
10. Deposits
Deposits must be made from your own verified payment method. We do not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits are subject to verification. 11. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification. We may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals are generally made using the original deposit method. Processing times vary — please contact support for estimates. We reserve the right to apply withdrawal limits.
12. Sports Betting
Bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet. Bets are binding once accepted. Settlement is based on the outcome of the relevant event as determined by the Operator or its data providers. The Operator's decision on settlement is final, subject to our disputes procedure.
13. Pool Betting
This Platform operates using a pari-mutuel (pool betting) model. Stakes combine into a shared pool. Returns are calculated after the pool closes based on the total pool and the number of winning participants. Indicative returns are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Operator deducts a commission from each pool before returns are calculated.
Bets cannot be cancelled once entered into the pool. In cases of event cancellation or market suspension, stakes may be returned in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Betting Rules.
14. Live Betting
In-play betting is subject to rapid market changes. Pool conditions during live events can change quickly. We reserve the right to suspend or close live markets at any time. In-play bets are subject to all standard Pool Betting provisions.
15. Betting Markets
Available markets vary by event and sport. We reserve the right to add, remove or suspend markets at any time. All markets are subject to our Betting Rules available upon request.
16. Casino Games
Casino games are subject to the house edge. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. There is no strategy that guarantees winnings. Casino game terms, including minimum and maximum bet limits and game-specific rules, are displayed within each game. All casino activity is subject to responsible gambling limits.
17. Virtual Sports
Virtual sports are computer-generated simulations. Results are produced by a certified RNG and are not related to real sporting events. Virtual sports are available 24/7 subject to platform availability. All Virtual Sports activity is subject to Pool Betting or fixed-odds rules as applicable.
18. Promotions
Promotional offers are subject to individual terms and conditions published with each promotion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotions may result in account restrictions.
19. Responsible Gambling

20. Self-Exclusion
You can request self-exclusion by contacting support. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the agreed period has expired. We are not liable for any gambling activity that occurs if you breach a self-exclusion by accessing the Platform through a different account.
21. Anti-Money Laundering
We comply with applicable AML laws and regulations. We may require proof of source of funds at any time. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts pending AML investigation.
22. Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to defraud the Operator, exploit system errors, use automated software or engage in collusive behaviour will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. We cooperate with law enforcement in cases of suspected fraud.
23. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
24. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amounts wagered in the relevant transaction.
25. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to the Operator. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission.
26. Dispute Resolution

27. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Specific governing law provisions are subject to confirmation based on the authorised jurisdiction of operation.
28. Changes to Terms
