About Our Sportsbook & Casino

Who We Are

BetChannel CA is operated by Brickvale Media Limited, a company registered in Belize under number 000029268. The operator is responsible for the website, customer accounts, identity verification and the handling of personal information described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Background

BetChannel CA is based on the BET CHANNEL concept: a sportsbook built around pari-mutuel pools rather than fixed bookmaker prices. The Canadian platform adapts that model for players in Canada, with English (Canada) content, all amounts in CAD, minimum ages set province by province, and account tools for limits and self-exclusion available from the first day an account is opened.

The platform is being launched in stages. Accounts, identity verification requests, responsible gambling tools and live sports schedules are available now. Wagering, casino play and payments are enabled for verified accounts only when the licensed betting, game and payment infrastructure for a province is connected, and we say so plainly wherever it matters.

Our Sportsbook

The sportsbook covers Football, Basketball, Baseball, Hockey, Tennis, Boxing & MMA, Horse Racing, Golf, Rugby, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Winter Sports and Live Sports. North American leagues receive the most depth: NFL and NCAA football, the NBA, MLB and the NHL, with UFC cards, ATP and WTA tennis tournaments and the PGA Tour. Schedules and scores are refreshed automatically from a sports data feed, and every event lists the pool markets offered for it, such as match winner, spread and totals.

Pool Betting

In a pari-mutuel pool, all stakes on a market are combined. When the pool closes, normally at the start of the event, a published deduction is taken and the remainder is shared among the winning stakes in proportion to their size. Customers bet against each other rather than against the house's price, and the final return is known only once the pool has closed. We therefore never present a pre-close figure as a guaranteed price. Read the full explanation on our pool betting page.

Online Casino

The casino is organized into online slots, live casino, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, table games and instant win games. Games will be supplied by licensed providers using independently tested random number generators or live studios, and every game shows its rules and return-to-player figure. Casino games carry a house edge, so the expected result over time is a loss.

Virtual Sports

Virtual football, tennis, golf, horse racing, greyhound racing and motor sports are short computer-generated events that run on a fixed schedule. Outcomes are decided by a certified random number generator and are unrelated to real sporting events.

Licensing and Regulation

The reference regulator for the BET CHANNEL operator is the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission, located in Kahnawà:ke, Québec, Canada. Authorization number: To Be Verified. Authorization expiry: To Be Verified. Where these fields read "To Be Verified", the authorization details are being confirmed and will be published here once confirmed; you can check the commission's public register of permit holders at gamingcommission.ca.

An authorization from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission is not a registration with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario or with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis. We do not accept customers from Ontario, and availability in other provinces depends on the requirements that apply there.

Security

• The whole website is served over encrypted HTTPS.
• Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes.
• All forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and repeated failed sign-ins pause access to the account.
• Customer records are stored outside the public part of the web server and are available only to authorized staff.
• Identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks are carried out before any money can move.

Responsible Gambling

Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. Every account can set deposit, loss and session limits, turn on reality checks every 15 to 120 minutes, take a cooling-off break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, or self-exclude for 6 months to 5 years. The minimum age is 18, or the higher age set by your province. Find tools and provincial helplines on our Responsible Gambling page.
