Registration
Select Register at the top of any page and enter your first and last name, email address, date of birth, province or territory, phone number and a password of at least ten characters with letters and numbers. Confirm that you meet the minimum age and accept the Terms and Conditions, then submit the form. You are signed in straight away and can start identity verification from your account.
You must be at least 18, or the higher age set by your province or territory. That is 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec and 19 in all other provinces and territories. The registration form checks your date of birth, and your age is confirmed again during identity verification.
Adults who live in a Canadian province or territory where we accept customers and who are not self-excluded. Residents of Ontario cannot register, because Ontario has its own regulated online gaming market. Employees of the operator and members of their household are not eligible.
No. Each person may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are closed, and any account opened by a self-excluded person is closed as soon as it is identified.
Select "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your account email. We send a reset link that is valid for 60 minutes. For security, the page shows the same message whether or not the email belongs to an account.
After several incorrect password attempts in a row, sign-in for that account is paused for a short time to protect it from guessing attacks. Wait and try again, or reset your password.
Verification
We must confirm that every customer is of legal age, lives where we can offer our services and is who they say they are. Verification also protects you against fraud and allows us to meet anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits, wagering and withdrawals stay unavailable until your account is verified.
A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, driver's licence or provincial photo card, plus a proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement or government letter showing your name and address. After you request verification in your account, our support team tells you by email how to send them securely.
We check the province you entered at registration against the address on your proof-of-address document and the IP address of your connection. Using a VPN or proxy to appear to be in another location is not allowed.
Our team starts reviewing your request after you submit it from Account > Verification and contacts you by email. The time needed depends on how quickly documents are received and whether they are clear and complete. Your account shows the current status at all times.
Sports Betting
Our sportsbook covers football, basketball, baseball, hockey, tennis, boxing and MMA, horse racing, golf, rugby, volleyball, table tennis, badminton and winter sports, with a dedicated live sports section. Schedules for the NFL, NCAA football, NBA, MLB, NHL, UFC, ATP and WTA tennis and the PGA Tour are updated automatically from a live sports data feed.
You choose an event, a market such as match winner or total points, and a selection, then decide how much to stake. On our platform every sports bet is a pool bet, so your stake joins the stakes of other customers and returns are calculated after the pool closes.
Pool betting, also called pari-mutuel betting, combines all stakes on a market into one pool. After the pool closes and the result is known, a published deduction is taken and the remainder is shared among winning stakes in proportion to their size. You bet against other customers rather than against a bookmaker's fixed price.
The dividend for a winning selection equals the pool after the deduction divided by the total amount staked on that selection. For example, if a pool holds CA$10,000, the deduction is 10% and CA$3,000 was staked on the winner, each CA$1 returns CA$9,000 / CA$3,000 = CA$3.00. These figures are illustrative only; real pools and deductions vary.
Only after the pool closes, normally at the scheduled start of the event, and the official result is confirmed. Any number shown before then is an estimate that can change as more stakes come in, so we do not display it as a final price.
Live betting means betting while an event is in progress. Our live sports page shows events in play with scores and status. Because standard pools close at the start of an event, in-play pools are only available where they are specifically announced.
Pools are settled on the official result published by the relevant league or governing body, including overtime or extra innings where they form part of the official result. Winnings are credited to your account balance after settlement.
A bet cannot be cancelled after the pool has closed. If an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed by more than 24 hours, the affected pools are void and stakes are refunded.
Account registration, verification requests, limits and all information pages are live. Wagering and payments are enabled only for verified accounts once the licensed betting and payment infrastructure for your province is connected. Your account will show when this changes.
Online Casino
The casino is organized into online slots, live casino, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, table games and instant win games. Each category page explains how the games are played and the rules that apply.
Each spin is decided by a certified random number generator, independent of previous spins. The paytable shows the winning combinations, and the return-to-player (RTP) percentage describes the share of stakes a game pays back over a very large number of spins. RTP is a long-term average and does not predict any single session.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from a studio where a human dealer runs a real table for blackjack, roulette, baccarat or game shows. You place your bets through the on-screen interface while the dealer deals the cards or spins the wheel.
Yes. The website works in current mobile browsers on iOS and Android with no app to install. Your limits, reality checks and self-exclusion settings apply on every device.
Virtual Sports
Virtual sports are computer-generated events, such as football matches or horse races, whose results are decided by a certified random number generator. They are not connected to any real sporting event.
Events run on a fixed schedule, often every few minutes. Each participant has ratings that influence its chances, and the random number generator decides the outcome. You bet before the event starts and the result is shown as an animated event.
Virtual football, virtual tennis, virtual golf, virtual horse racing, virtual greyhound racing and virtual motor sports.
Payments
The methods referenced for our platform are Bank Transfer, Bitcoin, Payz, i-Wallet and STICPAY. Which of these you can use depends on your province and on the payment providers, and is confirmed for your account during verification.
Once your account is verified and payments are enabled, you choose a method in your account, enter an amount in Canadian dollars and follow the provider's steps. Deposits must come from a method in your own name and are blocked if they would exceed a deposit limit you have set.
Withdrawals are requested from your account and paid to a method in your name, normally the one you used to deposit. We may ask for additional documents before the first withdrawal.
Processing times depend on the method and the provider. We do not publish timelines until they are confirmed with each provider; the expected time is shown in your account before you confirm a withdrawal.
All amounts on the website are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
