How Promotions Will Work
Any future promotion will be governed by the general Terms and Conditions and by its own specific terms, published on this page before the offer starts. The specific terms will always state, in one place and in plain language, everything listed below.
- Promotions never suggest that a bet cannot lose or that gambling is a way to make money.
- Bonus funds are always shown separately from your cash balance in your account.
- No offer requires you to deposit more than you choose to.
Wagering Requirements
If a bonus has to be wagered before it can be withdrawn, the requirement will be stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, "5 times the bonus") together with a worked example in CAD. We will state whether the requirement applies to the bonus only or to the bonus and deposit combined, and how much each game type contributes towards it.
Expiry
Each offer will state when it must be claimed, how long you have to meet any wagering requirement, and what happens to unused bonus funds when the period ends. Your cash balance is never affected by a bonus expiring.
Eligible Games and Markets
The terms will list exactly which sports, pools, casino categories or virtual sports a bonus can be used on, and any minimum or maximum odds that apply to sports bets placed with it.
Maximum Stake While a Bonus Is Active
Where a maximum stake per bet or per round applies while bonus funds are in use, the limit will be shown in CAD in the offer terms and on the game or bet slip.
Withdrawals with an Active Bonus
You can always withdraw your own cash balance. If withdrawing before a wagering requirement is met cancels the bonus, the terms will say so, and you will be asked to confirm before the bonus is removed.
Opting Out
Promotions are opt-in. You can decline an offer, or cancel an active bonus from your account at any time; cancelling removes the bonus and any winnings that are still subject to its conditions, but never your own deposited funds. Marketing emails can be switched off in your account profile, and that choice takes effect immediately.
Who Is Eligible
Offers are available only to verified account holders aged 18+ or the higher minimum age in their province, living where the offer is permitted. Customers who are self-excluded, in a cooling-off period or who have asked not to receive marketing will not receive or be shown offers, and promotions are never used to encourage someone to reverse a limit or end an exclusion early.
