Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals are made in Canadian dollars (CAD). Availability of each method depends on your province and on the payment provider, and is confirmed for your account during verification.

"On activation" means the method is planned for player accounts and is switched on, with its CAD minimum and maximum, once the payment provider confirms support for your province. Amounts are not published until they are confirmed. We do not add our own fees; your bank, wallet or the blockchain network may charge theirs.

Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer

Funds move directly between your Canadian bank account and your player account. Your bank may require the transfer reference shown in your account.

Bitcoin

Bitcoin

Cryptocurrency

Bitcoin amounts are converted to CAD at the rate shown when the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. The CAD value of bitcoin can change sharply between sending and confirmation.

Payz

Payz

E-wallet

A prepaid e-wallet account. Your Payz account must be in the same name as your player account.

i-Wallet

i-Wallet

E-wallet

An e-wallet that holds funds separately from your bank. Account name must match your player account.

STICPAY

STICPAY

E-wallet

A multi-currency e-wallet. Transactions with your player account are made in CAD.

Currency

Your account balance, stakes, pool returns and transaction history are shown in CAD. If you pay from a wallet or account held in another currency, the provider converts the amount at its own rate before it reaches us.

Deposits

Deposits can only be made from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party payments, including from family members, are returned. A deposit is credited once the provider confirms it; you will see it in your account's transaction history with a reference number.

Verification Before Withdrawal

Before your first withdrawal we must confirm your identity, age and address, and that you live in a province where our service is available. We may also ask you to show that you own the payment method you used. This is a legal requirement, not a delay we choose; the sooner you complete verification in your account, the sooner a withdrawal can be processed.

Withdrawals

Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method you used to deposit, up to the amount deposited, with any remainder sent to a method in your name that supports withdrawals. Funds that have not been staked may need to be returned to their source.

Bitcoin

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, so always copy the address shown in your account rather than typing it. The CAD value of bitcoin can change significantly between the moment you send it and the moment the network confirms it; the amount credited is the CAD value at confirmation. Network fees are set by the blockchain, not by us.

Anti-Money Laundering Checks

We are required to monitor transactions for money laundering and fraud. We may ask where your funds come from, hold a transaction while we review it, or decline a payment we cannot verify. Accounts may not be used to move money that is not being used for betting or gaming.

Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in your account at any time. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one takes effect after a 24-hour waiting period. See responsible gambling for the other tools available.
