Live Casino

Real dealers, real cards and wheels, streamed from a studio in real time. You place bets on screen within a timed betting window.

Overview

Live casino tables are run by human dealers using physical cards, shoes and wheels in a dedicated studio. The table is filmed and streamed to your device, and the outcome of each round is captured by the table equipment and recorded on the game server, which settles every bet placed during the betting window.

How a Round Works

  1. Join a table and check its limits, rules and side bets in the information panel.
  2. Place your chips while the betting timer is running. Bets are accepted only until the timer closes.
  3. The dealer deals the cards or spins the wheel. Card readers or wheel sensors record the result.
  4. Winning bets are paid automatically when the round is settled. The round history is available on the table.

Rules

Betting window

Each round has a fixed timer. A bet that has not been confirmed when the timer reaches zero is not placed.

Connection loss

If your connection drops after a bet is accepted, the round continues and is settled on the result. Decisions you could not make in time, such as hit or stand, follow the default action stated in the table rules.

Dealer error

If a dealer mis-deals, the studio procedure in the table rules applies, which may void the round and return stakes.

Shared tables

On many tables several players share the same round. Your bets and payouts are your own and are not affected by other players' stakes.

Common Variants

Live blackjack
Seats are limited per table; some formats let unlimited players follow one seated hand.
Live roulette
European single-zero and American double-zero wheels with standard roulette payouts.
Live baccarat
Punto Banco rules with Player, Banker and Tie bets, with or without commission on Banker wins.
Live game shows
Wheel and draw formats presented by a host. Each one publishes its own paytable and RTP.

Payouts and House Edge

Live tables use the same mathematics as their RNG equivalents: European roulette carries a 2.70% house edge, baccarat Banker about 1.06%. Side bets and game-show formats have their own figures, shown in each table's rules.

Figures are standard mathematical values for the rules described. Each game displays its own rules and RTP, which apply if they differ.

Fairness

Live studios are inspected under the licensing conditions of the game supplier. Results are recorded by the table hardware rather than entered by hand, and every round is logged with a reference you can quote to support.

Play Responsibly

Live tables run continuously, and the social feel of a dealer can make sessions last longer than intended. The reality check reminder in your account interrupts play at the interval you choose. See responsible gambling for the tools available in your account.

The game lobby opens to verified account holders once licensed gaming infrastructure is connected for their province. Players must be 18+ or the higher minimum age in their province.
